We stand behind the quality of our floral designs. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work to make it right.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns on delivered arrangements. However, we offer the following remedies for quality issues:

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Store credits are issued immediately and do not expire.
We review each case individually and may make exceptions based on circumstances. Wedding and large event orders have separate terms outlined in your service agreement.
